I have included some of my projects that are hosted on Github and Vercel. I have used Frontend Mentor as a valuable resource for improving my coding and web design skills. I completed the webpages and apps based on the Sketch and Figma design specifications provided for each project. The Bridal Nubian Designers and Novah Beauty Salon are my own personal projects where I created my own Figma page designs and design systems.

About Me
I am a self-taught Web Designer/Developer. I started my coding journey with introducing my 2nd grade students to the Hour of Code in 2010. That's when I became hooked on computer coding. So in 2017 I began to officially study Frontend Web Development with FreeCodeCamp and Udacity. My passion is creating and designing web pages. Now, after 31 years of teaching, I am using my creativity and attention to detail to design beautiful, engaging, and functional websites. I am proficienct in working with HTML, CSS including Frameworks (Bootstrap), and JavaScript. I have recently studied and worked with ReactJS. When I am not teaching and coding, I love to travel especially to the United Kingdom and Ireland.
